On demand, the dosing range can be increased.

Stages of automation

There are three types of filling machines:
  • manual;
  • semi - automatic;
  • automatic.

A manual device requires full human participation in operation; a semi-automatic one has a microcomputer or a pneumatic-electric control system and requires operator participation to start; and an automatic one has sensors that detect when bottles have been filled and capped, and also automatically moves containers between filling equipment units.
