Volumetric Piston Filling Machine

Semi-automatic piston filling machine is used to fill liquid and viscous products from industrial packaging to consumer one.

This type of equipment better than others goes with viscous products filling (honey, sauces, oils, lubricants, cosmetics, detergents).

Volumetric piston filling machine is designed as a desired-volume cell with smooth fill control.

Operating peculiarities resemble syringe:

  • measuring cylinder piston retracts;
  • liquid is absorbed through inlet;
  • piston bumps into adjusting screw;
  • charge is produced;
  • three-way valve goes over to output mode;
  • pneumatic drive moves piston in opposite direction;
  • liquid is spurted through nozzle to container.
