Complete rotary filling machine

Complete rotary filling machine is used to fill liquid and viscous products (cosmetics, household and industrial chemistry, foodstuff, paints and varnishes) from industrial into market containers (bottles, jars, vials, ampullas, tubes) with volume up to 500 ml.

Filling machine is a welded framed stainless construction with:

  • conveyor to move containers;
  • turntable to move containers to further technological processes;
  • process devices in a full-circle (filler, feeder, capper).

Operating peculiarities of filling line:

  • containers are fed to the conveyor manually, by means of feeder or turntable;
  • conveyed to the rotary cell; the rotor is manufactured individually according to the containers form;
  • then by means of turntable containers are moved to process devices where relevant steps are performed consequently.

Advantages:

  • executive units compact arrangement;
  • agility to a different bottle form factor using changing parts;
  • bottles tilt exclusion by means of rigidization in rotary cell;

When choosing equipment one should keep in mind:

  • needed degree of process automation (containers orientation, caps feeding, etc.);
  • product peculiarities (corrosivity, viscosity, foaming, particles presence, etc.);
  • caps type (aluminum or plastic, screwed, sealed or snapped);
  • required capacity (up to 1800 cph for one rotor and 3600 cph for two ones);
  • customer’s budget;
  • other characteristics (discussed individually when receiving an order).

To get required capacity filling in several cycles is obtained if needed.

At customer’s option the possibility of later modernization is considered when designing equipment.

Automation degree influences maintenance staff selection: the higher level of automation the less staff you need but the higher experience they require.
